Sandbox Available For Trial Editions

Hello everyone,
Users in Enterprise, Ultimate and CRM Plus trial editions can now create Sandbox accounts. Below are some important details:

Deletion of Sandbox account: The Sandbox account will be deleted after the grace period of 30 days if the user or org downgrades to free edition or other editions that do not support sandbox.

Refresh Sandbox: The trial users will not have the option to refresh Sandbox. The option will be disabled for them.

When Sandbox account will not be deleted?
In two instances we will retain the users or organization Sandbox account:
  • Within the grace period if the user or org decides to retry the Enterprise trial edition, their Sandbox account will be retained for another 30 days. After the end of the trial period the account will be deleted. 
  • Within the grace period if they purchase Enterprise or Ultimate edition, their account will be retained.
