Hello.

New to Zoho community. I have reviewed numerous Sandbox related posts but they all seem to be stale and the ability to use production data in the sandbox when creating now appears to be an option. HOWEVER, when I try to create a new Sandbox the Configuration type for "Configuration and Data" is disabled,  Is this a permissions thing?
