I spent the better part of three days configuring our sandbox rules. Today I deployed to prod and now all of my workflow rule criteria needs to be reconfigured as the picklist value has now been replaced with an ID. So NONE of my workflow rule work since the criteria no longer match. This is in production and the sandbox. So I don't have an environment that works at all.

Instead of criteria listed as the correct

Task Type is "Agent Setup"

it now displays as

Task Type is 37462830000000225705.

To say I am upset with ZoHo is an understatement. 

What are your plans to fix this?
