Save and Create Follow up Task

(1) In ZCRM Help, it says that when logging a Call, I can " Click  Save , or click  Save & Create Follow-up Task  to save and create a follow-up task."  On the Log a Call pop-up dialog,  I can see "Save", but not " Save & Create Follow-up Task ". This is exactly what I want to do--but where is it?

(2) On the same pop-up form, there is a mandatory field:  "Call Result". When I log the call, the call is recorded on the contact's record under Closed Actions. But where is the "call Result" data that I entered? How do I get that field data to show in the "Closed Actions" on the Contact Record?

(3) The "Edit Call" form is a better and more comprehensive dialog than the "Log a New Call" form. But I cannot use that form until after I have Logged a call. Why not scrap that too small and incomplete Log a Call form, and just use the Edit Call form, instead for new and previous calls?
