Actually, I would like to save the mails I send from MS Outlook to Zoho CRM automatically.

Even though I have already set up the zoho mail settings in outlook (I have checked "Automatically add emails to Zoho CRM"), I still have to click on "add mail" in order to save the emails on the contact record.

Do you know what's happening ?
