Save time by cloning blueprints within modules in Zoho CRM

Blueprints help you run your business by letting you replicate and visualize your business process digitally. Sometimes, multiple processes share a lot of similarities—so now, you can save time and effort by cloning your existing blueprints and then making changes wherever required. Here's what you need to know before cloning a blueprint: 
  • You can clone a blueprint within a layout or across different layouts in a module
  • You can add new states or map the existing states with new states (picklist values)

  • The transitions defined in the existing blueprint will be cloned, which can be changed if required
Here's an example:

Let's assume, Zylker's sales process for residential property is similar to that of a commercial property, but has few additional stages involved. Instead of creating a new blueprint for the residential property they can clone the existing blueprint and add the necessary states and transitions wherever required.
