Saving issue!!

Last night i completed a very important document using zoho, and after failed attempts to export it as a pdf, word document or odf file i printed i saved it in zoho and printed a hard copy. Well this morning when i went to try to export it again for submission, it is NOT saved!! I hit save multiple times to make sure and the work i did last night on it is GONE!! I looked at my hard copy thinking i would have to retype it, and the most recent word did not print last night either!!!! It was on the screen.... i read it and re read it and yet it did not save, or even print what i had done!! Is there any way to get it back??? I wasn't working offline, my internet connection was fine as i had other tabs open for reference.
