Saving Keystrokes/Mouse Clicks when creating Events

Setting the Date / Hours / Minutes / AM/PM fields for both the Start AND the End of an event is a MAJOR time waster - often taking a dozen or more mouse clicks or key strokes.  It is especially bothersome to have to adjust the END Date / Hours / Minutes / AM/PM when the system allows these values to come BEFORE the Start Time.
 
Isn't there a way to set it up the way Google Calendar does?  So that as soon as I set the Start Date/Time - the End date time defaults to an hour later?  This would save a LOT of time !!!
 
If there is a way to do this, please let me know.  If not - would you please make this a priority feature request?
