Saving Lookup field data into new lists.

Hello everybody, I had a question.

I have placed a lookup field in my form that has a list of 2000+ players, I wanted to be able to select a couple players from the lookup field then save them to a team record. For example... I select 7 players from the lookup field, save them into a list, name the list, then save it.

I would also like to make another form that looks up the list of new teams i made from the prior form, a user be able to select a team, then edit the data accordingly. Like adding a player back in the team, or removing a player from team.
