Saving system setting changes

In the business edition, when you click on Settings, Admin, System Settings and you see the settings for changing mail quota, document quota. If you try to save the same settings or change the settings and try to save you get error on page.

In IE you will notice an error on the bottom left of IE it reads:

'document.serverSettings.enableSpam.checked' is null or not an object
code 0
line 27
char 1

Any ideas??

You can not make changes to this page at all. :?
