If we get an email with attachments from a contact that is in ZOHO CRM and we then save the attachments to a Docs Folder --- will the documents still be seen in attachments tab under the ZOHO CRM contact record?
We are going to get about 500 emails from contacts -- all with attachments -- and we want to save them to a Docs Folder but also still want them available under the attachments tab in the contact record. Will saving them to Docs Folder break the link in the attachments tab?
We are just starting to use ZOHO CRM and we don't want to make any mistakes as we reach out to our contacts for the first time from ZOHO.
