Scams targetting special email addresses
I manage a website for a POA and use Zoho for this master association email service. Recently, the president@ and the treasurer@ email accounts received "scam" email from one another requesting a payment be made on a bogus service. Because neither of those receivers know much about the millions of "scams" like this circulating they both now refuse to use their Zoho email accounts. They also feel that there is a possibility of our financial information being compromised. Is there a way I can extend more spam/security for their email accounts? If not, any one have information that might make them feel more comfortable going back to use these accounts again. They don't believe me!
