Seriously, it It scares the secretaries and office staff when they receive them, especially, first thing in the morning. Others use it for a work slow down. It never ends.

Let's abandon the old, scolding AOL / YaHoo approach and consider something more New World Order, something warm with feelings like Sprint's "Social Care Team"
