Scatter vs Bubble Visualisation (Text Labels)

Hi everyone

Is there a way to add text labels to bubble plots? It seems there is a character limitation on bubble plots, but not so on scatter plots?

I'm trying to create a bubble plot graph that uses the size function but still allows me add the text label to the bubble.

I can add text to a standard scatter graph, however I loose the size of bubble ability.
