Schedule Emails to Records (at specific times!) NOT FULLY ANSWERED

I am trying to schedule emails to be sent at specific times to my records that were entered into forms.  There are two problems with this when operating from the "Schedules" tab:
  1. Creating a New Form Schedule doesn't allow you to schedule the exact times of emails, it is all relative to when the data was added or modified, which doesn't work for me because I need to send the email at the same time for all records.
  2.  If I create a custom schedule, I can set specific times but it is not associated with the form whose records I want to email, e.g. when adding an email task there no input fields for the email unlike the situation when you "send mail" from "Script" view.
