I'm wondering if anyone here has experienced schedule swap in your respective companies. We have days where employees would work on one or two of their weekend in exchange for having the day off on their shift schedules. I tried compensatory request and see if that will help but it seems a bit weird that their worked days are showing under overtime/deviation. In other platforms, employees can file for a swap but there seems to be no option for that here. So, is there a better way to do schedule swaps in Zoho People?
