Hi, none of the Scheduled Actions are being triggered on my workflows.

I've set up a workflow to be executed on a date/Time of 15 minutes after the last activity time.

And I've also attempted one toe be executed On a Record Action.

My issue is that in both cases, only the Instant Action is being triggered.

So the workflow is successfully starting, the criteria that's defined is successfully being applied, the instant actions are successfully being triggered and show up on the History of the leads.

But the Scheduled Actions are not triggering and are not in any Pending or Upcoming Action. 

Here's the screenshot of the History from the first Workflow example where both the Check-in last X days is switched to True and an email is scheduled as an "Instant Action"

Am I doing something wrong with the Scheduled Actions? 

One Zoho customer support person said that Scheduled Actions wouldn't work when the workflow is executed on Date/Time (even though the system allows users to set up Scheduled Actions) but when I changed it to be based on a Record Action of a Field Update, the Scheduled Actions also don't work.

Can you help?
