Zoho Projects has useful reports including task reports, timesheet summaries, and workload charts. However, there is currently no way to schedule these reports to be automatically delivered to stakeholders on a recurring basis.

This means:

• Project managers have to manually generate and email reports every week or month
• Clients and senior stakeholders who are not active users of Zoho Projects never get proactive updates
• Reporting becomes a manual chore instead of an automated process

What we're requesting:

• The ability to schedule any report in Zoho Projects to be automatically generated and emailed to selected recipients on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Options to send to both internal users and external email addresses (for client reporting)
• PDF and CSV format options for the delivered report

Zoho CRM already supports scheduled reports. Zoho Analytics supports scheduled dashboards. Zoho Projects being the odd one out here is a noticeable gap, especially for teams managing client-facing projects where regular reporting is a contractual requirement.

Please consider adding this. It would save significant manual effort for every project manager using the platform.
