Scheduled Sync Job to Shopify Broken
Back on Feb 19th I discovered my scheduled sync job that syncs Shopify contacts and the purchases they make stopped working. This used to sync the new clients that purchased a product and also created invoices in Zoho for the purchases any client makes through our Shopify account.
It just stopped working. A developer remoted into my machine, did some stuff and almost 2 weeks later I get an email back with this as the solution to my problem:

accjsoninste = acc_criteriaMap.toString().toJSONList(); instead could you please try printing
acc_criteriaMap so that integration should be working seamlessly."
this make no sense and I have not received a reply to my request for further help.
So instead I went looking for a third party app to do the job since I'm not developer and can't write code. I found a handy little site called Kloud Connector that syncs everything just like it did before my 'FREE' scheduled job died. Now I'm paying $240/yr US to do the same thing that was free only 2 weeks ago.
AND I found out that Kloud Connector is a partner of Zoho. Am I being paranoid or did my sync break just so I'd have to go out and spend more money for the same service?!
I'm hoping someone can help me get my scheduled sync job back up and running. Hubspot is starting to real good at this point.
