Scheduled Tickets Need Updated

There is a very clunky manual way to create reoccurring scheduled tickets. This should be created to be easy for the administrator to create. We create several (10 to 12) reoccurring tickets per account for biweekly and monthly auditing purposes.. The current way makes me manually write code etc and that's not very feasible with the amount of scheduled tickets needed to create.
