- To send automated emails
- To email data of the view as attachments
- Schedule Web API tasks such as geturl and posturl
- Schedule form fields that has date fields. For eg., Birth date, Appointments, Project Deadline...

Pricing:
Subscribers of Basic Plan and above can create schedules. Users in the Free plan can go for a 15 day scheduler trial.
Usage Limitations:
1) How many schedules can I execute?
As scheduling tasks are expensive and gets heavy on our servers, we have restricted the no. of schedules one can execute.
No. of schedules executed per month - 30 (total no. of schedules executed in your account, irrespective of the application and the schedule type)
This limitation is not for the no. of schedules created but for the no. of schedules executed. For eg., No. of view-attachment schedule executed, No. of feeds read schedule executed in a month. We will publish details on the usage limit in our help documents soon.
Please Note: Zoho Creator reserves the right to make any changes in the usage limit based on the usage pattern.
2).No. of records for view-attachments.
For this beta program, there will be no limitations in the no. of records. But we will be imposing an upper limit while releasing it to the public.
