Schema Builder in Zoho CRM for database relationship / architecture model

As we are expanding with many new features especially within CRM on a regular basis, I see a need of having a Schema Builder or at least a view of architecture behind the standard and custom modules. The enterprise market requires a regular CRM optimization process where a VISUAL RELATIONSHIP MODEL of database is the base to understand the current state and plan the future.

Though Creator had recently come up with Schema Builder, but that also requires a lot of improvement. 
This should include at least the following;
  1. Showing the relationship amongst the modules 
  2. Possibly showing the fields too in each module
  3. Creating new relationship (lookup field) from the Schema Builder itself
  4. Downloadable & printable (at least PDF format)

We've introduced a Data Model feature in Zoho CRM, offering a visual representation of how different entities, such as modules and sub-forms are interconnected. This feature also displays a list of fields and properties for each entity.
