Scrambld characters in the receiving end of the e-mail
Neiter Zoho nor Infomaniak (our e-mail provider) solved this. The issue is probably with Zoho.
Every time we send out a Template (pre-written text) with Rich text formatting there are unwanted characters in the recipient's end, a somewhat scrambled text with " things like for line breaks and for spaces". The text is without these unwanted characters in the Zoho (in Preview or in Editor mode).
It occurs if the signature is rich text as well. The outcome:

Sometimes there are random " ! " exclamation marks, other times (see below) it is more scrambled. These occur relatively randomly, not always in the same place and in rare times they are not visible or hardly visible at all, but when I run the text through a spellchecker it highlights the problematic parts.
With Plain Text this issue never occurs (if I leave out ${userSignature}, which contains Rich text). It occurs both with English and Hungarian texts (I experienced more with Hungarian texts since I used that more often). If I leave out the Signature the issue is still persists. It occurs with multiple type ofe-mail server recipients (hotmail, gmail, etc.)
