Screen Resolution in "New Version" for CRM

There is no doubt that the "new version" is excellent update. 

But there are many PCs and Thin Clint screens are working on 1024xNNN resolutions. We face that some of the portion from side is going out of the screen in this screen resolution. Is there any way-out?
