Screen viewing problem in Case Information section
Within the last week or so, my screen suddenly changed, such that the Case Information section is all the way to the right...sometimes completely off the screen and sometimes half-way off. I have to grab the tool bar and shift the entire screen to view the data. Nothing else on the Case page seems to be affected. Can this be fixed? Also, as a side note...really dislike the "Add a note" verbiage that started appearing about a week or two ago in the Case notes section...and which you have to delete every time you want to type in a note. You used to be able to click into the note section and just start typing...much more efficient! Thanks for your help! Nadine
