Any idea how to solve the scroll Issue ?

In the inbox scroll, when I try to scroll up and down, instead of the highlighted cursor going up and down, the entire Inbox goes up and down.  Any ideas as to how I can make the highlighted cursor go up and down on vertical scroll inside the inbox ?
