Search API filter/sort ignores comment-triggered modifiedTime updates
Summary
When a comment is added to a Call or Account, the parent record's modifiedTime is correctly bumped. This bumped value is visible in:
GET /api/v1/calls/{id} ✅
GET /api/v1/calls/search without a filter ✅ — the record's response body shows the new modifiedTime.
But the Search API's filter and sort logic use a stale, pre-comment modifiedTime. Specifically: modifiedTimeRange={before},{after} excludes records whose bumped modifiedTime should be inside the window.
sortBy=-modifiedTime does not put them at the top, even though the response body returned by the same call reports a more recent modifiedTime than the records above them.
So the Search API response body and the Search API index filter/sort logic are out of sync for comment-triggered modifiedTime bumps.
Affected: Calls, Accounts. Likely applies to other modules that support comments (Tickets, Tasks, Events, Contacts, Products) — we have not exhaustively tested, but they share the same comment model.

Same defect on Accounts: adding a comment via POST /api/v1/accounts/{id}/comments produces the same inconsistency — direct GET and Search response body show the bumped modifiedTime, but modifiedTimeRange excludes the record and sortBy=-modifiedTime does not rank it to the top.
Could someone help on this? Is this expected?
