Problem: Currently when you run a search using the search bar in the upper left it links you to the global search screen. You then have to find your record and open it from this screen. Step 1) Type contact/account/etc in search bar. Step 2) click search. Step 3) Find contact/account/etc. Step 4) Open
contact/account/etc.
This process creates many unnecessary
steps and slows down daily workflow.
Solution: I suggest the search bar that auto-populates as you type. This would allow users to begin typing the name ofan account, contact, or custom module and pick right from the list what record they want to be directed to. Currently when you are creating a new contact the "account" field performs this way.
This would be a huge enhancement and allow for much quicker navigation within Zoho. A huge complaint in our office coming from our previous CRM.
