Evaluating Zoho for our investment management firm.  I don't understand how to create custom searchable fields. For example, we would like to identify some as clients, maybe search and identify by college, hobbies, etc.

 

I assumed this was a basic CRM function. Is it possible in zoho?

 

Any how to guidance would be greatly appreciated
