I may have read something like Facebook banned Zoho CRM to access or search Facebook profiles from Zoho CRM. What's the latest update on that? We are a multinational company but our major business area is in Bangladesh. Most of the people here has Facebook profile.

But it's too difficult for us to manually search and integrate their Facebook profile in Zoho CRM module. Currently it's only working with Twitter but not Facebook. Google+ is dead. So in this situation, if Zoho can't be able to re-instate this feature, then they should remove that completely. 

I would like to know more details about this actually. If this is permanent or there is no solutions in near future then we have to build some custom system to pull profile search from FB.
