Hi,

 

I'm facing a problem and I'm wondering if I'm the only one noticing this gap in Zoho CRM. I add the ZOHOapp on my Iphone and I use it with my e-mails. So far it is very useful but I would like to know if there is any possibility of searching the content of an email.

 

In the research tool of Zoho CRM, I could only found results in Orders, Invoices, Leads and so on. Zoho CRM is a very powerful tool but I have to admit that no e-mail reserach it is a pity...

 

If anybody is facing the same problem and you found a solution, that would be very much nice if you can explain it to me .

 

CRM developers have you got an answer for me?
