Hi I just signed up for an account.

As admin in my current email server I can access all company emails and can search for emails if someone is away on holiday or find an email and forward it to several people.

We also have an account that shows every email into and out of the organisation so we can search for emails that way too.

What sort of similar functionality can I get using your system?

Amazon work mail lets the admin search for emails this way so I am wondering why yours does not appear to.

I did email support about this but have not heard back. Not a good sign :(
