Search for PRODUCTS does not populate any results from the RELATED LIST

Search for PRODUCTS does not populate any results from the RELATED LIST

...my issue is that we used to have the ability to use the search field to pull what PRODUCTS have been specified to individual PROJECTS and ACCOUNTS. However, now, all we get is the results from the PRODUCTS module and no relationships to any of the other modules if I select our PRODUCT "AV246" for example. I do have a PROJECT called "Applied Medical" which has the specified PRODUCT listed in my example.
