Hi,

When using the Search function to query our database we are not returning any results for specific database entries that we know are within the database.

An example would be account number 'ABC1234', this is visible in the database under the 'Customers' heading, however when we search for 'ABC1234' no search results are returned.

Any help or suggestions anyone has for this would be greatly appreciated.
