Search functionality using existing forms

Sorry as I know this has been asked a lot, just can't seem to find a simple solution.

If I've already built a form inside of Zoho that I use for data entry, can I just use that form (or duplicate it as a stateless form) as a search page?

So instead of using the form for "data entry", I now simply want users to be able to use one or more of the data fields there and hit a "Search" button at the bottom which takes all the criteria they entered, search the existing database, then take them to one of my other existing forms (which is a list) to show the applicable results. They can then click whichever record they want to show the full view of it.

The posted solutions seem incredibly tedious considering the forms are already created. This is something like Access or FileMaker already has built into it - can Creator do this currently?

I'd like to embed this search page on our website for clients to easily search our policy database.
