I would really like to know how to create search boxes for a database.

I am creating a database where people will create a username and password to access.
They will then select from a drop down menu with three choices: if choice 1 is picked then only certain fields are shown, if choice 2 is picked, then a different set of input boxes are shown, etc.

I would like to create a search page where users can enter their search terms and search the entire database.

Optimally, I would like to have multiple search boxes or drop down menus so that people know what general categories the information could falls. Ex. Education, Administration, Human Resources, etc.

DabbleDB allowed me to do something like this very easily. Here is an example:
