We are just looking at migrating from ACT! and have about 11 users on professional as a trial basis. I quite like Zoho in many ways but I am a bit worried about what to me seem some surprising omissions/limitations:
1. There seems to a some kind of search limit of 250 per day. This looks a serious issue, we needed to switch off the phonebridge incoming call ID and even then we hit the limit. We have 11 users some of whom don't make many searches at all but we don't seem able to average the number of calls - each user is limited to 250.
2. Exporting data. It seems to can only export 3000 records per day.This makes it hard to go a mail shot say.
3. Printing contact mail labels does not seem possible without exporting data to Word.
Can anyone confirm if I understand these points correctly. Are there any workarounds ?
