Some users have let me know that the search function is not working as expected, they get taken to a page that tells them that the 'Page cannot be accessed' and to contact the administrator. I did notice that the URL doesn't have the query string that usually gets appended when searching for something, but when they manually add something like `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search?=plants` to the URL, it redirects them to just `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search`, which provides them the 'Page cannot be accessed' message.

Two users in the last few days so far have let me know that they've received this error, and apparently it's only for certain search terms too. I've not been able to replicate the problem myself as the super admin, or as an account set up with the same permissions as the user with the issue, so it's been very difficult to identify where the problem is.

Has anyone else experienced this, or come up with a solution?
