if I do a search in my crm the results are shown as follows:

Matching clients for example: But than the columns are mixed so at matching clients the first column shown is phone number. This is not really helpful and user friendly. it should be client full name.

Matching Potentials for example the first column shows Vendor, it should show of course the potential name first. 

So my question is can I struture the columns? Can I change the arrangement first Pot name second stage for expmaple third closing date......

Please help. the strange thing is that this was ok until last week and nobody from our side changed anything.
