Search results not pulling all names

When searching for a name in the CRM the name sometimes does not show in the results.

For example if I search Connie Harris, Connie, or Harris, the search results will not show her. But if I type in the start of the address, for example, 600 apple lake dr her name will appear in the results.

Is this a fixable issue?

I also have another question, say I have more than one Connie Harris, is there a way to make the search results display the last Connie Harris worked on?
