search throttling NOT WORKING ----- URGENT
gentlemen,
this transaction count throttling for searches is NOT WORKING ...
we have been "down" for 2 days now, and without getting fresh data into Zoho, it renders the application COMPLETELY USELESS.
please answer the following:
1. at what time and what timezone does the day cycle and the transaction count reset? in other words, if we exceed our limit at 0900Z Tuesday, at what time will we be able to start sending transactions again?
2. have there been any changes to the formula to calculate the number of transaction update/inserts or searches? we haven't had any problems in months and months, and then all of a sudden this week, we are dead in the water for the second day in a row.
