Can I change the set up so that when I click the Alphabet letters to bring up all leads beginning with a certain letter, it brings up the name of the company beginning with that letter. e.g., searching for Microsoft, click on M. At the moment, if I click on M, I get all lead contacts (Margie, Mary and Maurice) who's name begins with M, from lots of different companies.
