Searching for accounts

Hi all,

When searching for accounts I encounter multiple problems. First, the accounts are not in an alphabetical order but rather in the order I last changed/edited them. I want to change that but how? Second, my search layout clearly states that I only want to search for accounts with my search option. But when typing e.g. "Cambridge" I get both account names holding the name "Cambridge" in the account name and accounts domiciled in "Cambridge". Please clear this issue.
