Searching Leads

In B2B sales it is my experience that we identify and qualify companies before people. In fact over the course of cold calling a company the names of the people (leads in your system) may change over time additionally if any time elapses between now and your last call to a company chances are you don't recall the persons (leads) name but you do know the company name. Unfortunatley you can't search through leads by company name in your system. If you were to fix this by adding Find by Name / Find by Company options to the Find Leads look up it would be a good thing.
