Searching for Accountname ? http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=$[Accounts.Account Name] ??

Zoho Enterpr. and W10 Pro

I have URL field in Accounts :

to find more details of that company on the Web.,like phone email.

but it returns the "text" $[Accounts.Account Name] only and not e.g.: Johnson & Co Ltd

if i insert in the URL field:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q="Johnson & Co Ltd" ............. then it is working..!

What is right format ?? ..

.I am not sure about the $ sign there..
