Seciurity Problem

Sorry for my kgnolege of english...
Last month someone get to my email adress.
I reinstal system(Linux mint) and change passwords but it dont solved the problem. I stiil recive mails( it looks like i send some files like zip file and pdf. to myself wtf??) All this type of mails i have in my spam folder.
Tx for any advice
