Second e-mail chain in same ticket
Hi,
Whenever a client sends us a request by e-mail it generates a ticket in Zoho Desk.
Usually, each client request we receive will originate a different (but related) chain of e-mails between our company and one or more suppliers of that product. For instance, if a client requests a quote for a certain product from us, we will contact one or more suppliers of that product and ask them for their quotes.
These e-mails we exchange with suppliers are currently done outside of Zoho Desk (in Outlook), but I would like to know if there is a way we can have those in Zoho, inside the same ticket or somehow related to the same ticket, so we have all communications related to each "client request" accessible in the same place.
Note: the client is never included in the e-mails we send suppliers, and vice versa.
