Online training courses take immense effort and preparation to create and can often contain proprietary information and experience. Training programs also reflect the hard-earned expertise of instructors who present complex ideas and concepts in ways that make it accessible for remote learners.
In certain cases, it is essential to ensure your session content is only accessible for approved staff and attendees. Internal training for your staff on organizational compliance or a new product launch are common examples of sessions that require screening the right set of participants.
Sharing the session URL with trusted people alone is not sufficient. Unintended, or uninvited, audience members can still join your training if the session invitation link is passed to them by mistake. This is why, as a trainer, you need an additional layer of security to shield your session.
In ShowTime, you can now secure your session by setting a unique passcode. Once a password is configured, you can manually share the password with your trainees. They will be able to register and access the sessions only if they can provide the right password. You can also watch the video below to understand this feature better.
How to set a password for your online training:
1). Once you schedule a session, navigate to the Session Settings tab, enable the Make this session password protected checkbox, and enter a password.
2). You then need to share the password with your registered attendees manually so they can access the session.
When you have invested time, effort, and resources to produce an engaging online training course, protecting your intellectual property is equally important. We hope ShowTime's new password feature helps you protect your hard work so your online courses can reach the right set of learners.

Even today, in many senates and parliaments 'yays' and 'nays' are registered verbally. But, how can one genuinely measure audience response? The solution was in the form of an Audience Response System (ARS). An ARS is a tool that is used to connect speakers to their participants. This helped in measuring audience
