We are concerned that users can upload confidential documents to Zoho CRM then use the send mail function in 'Quick Actions' to effectively bypass any internal security controls we have in our network to track the sending of sensitive documents.
Is there a way we can resolve this? At present, as far as we can see, users can delete email history from Zoho and as such we would never know an email has been sent. Any thoughts/solutions?
