See all open tickets in All Departments using the Ticket View.

See all open tickets in All Departments using the Ticket View.

Is it possible to see all open/pending tickets in all departments in the Ticket View? 

So we don't have to change to each department to see what open/pending tickets are there.

Just wondering how to do this if needed.
